Preschool

Today was Mabel's first day of preschool.  She started the day by sleeping in (I had to wake her up a 1/2 hour before we were supposed to leave!) and dressing herself. 

We then picked up Mabel's friend, Marissa, for carpool. 

While Mabel and Marissa were at school, the boys and I went grocery shopping.

I picked them up after class and they were both as giddy as could be.  They had a really good time together.  Nick met me at the preschool and then took Marissa home (because I had a dr. appt. to hurry to) and he said that Mabel and Marissa wouldn't stop talking about princesses and a bunch of other things on the way home.  Nick then took to the kids out for lunch at Carl's Jr. and pulled in the driveway the same time I did.  I am 3cm dialated and still 50% effaced.  I am now one week away from my induction date and trying to put the final touches on everything around the house.  Aside from a complete feeling of disbelief and mental unpreparedness, I think we're ready for a new baby!
