So here's just a random sampler of a few things that we've been doing the last two days.
Sunday night we filled the kiddie pool and watered the garden. The kids enjoyed sneaking a drink too.
The slide gets HOT in the afternoon, so we have to cool it down enough for the kids to want to slide. Notice the tounge sticking out....I guess he gets it from me!
It's serious business...see the tounge.
We got this helicopter for free with the purchase of our slide/swing set. The kids love the teeter totter.
After bathtime, Sam decided to put his underwear on his head (with a lot of encouragement from his father). When Max walked in and saw Sam, he just pointed his finger and laughed.
My feet have been swelling and getting really uncomfortable lately. I'm a little worried because I still have three hot months to go. I hope you like my "thong" tan line!
Nick and I enjoyed a few peas off the vine. Our pea patch looks better this year than it ever has!
Today we put the slip and slide at the bottom of the slide and ran the hose to the top of the slide. It took a little coaxing to get them to go down, but before long they slid the entire 16 foot length of the slip and slide. We invited a few friends over to share in the fun as well.

Let me just say that the shot of Sam with underwear on his head will come back to haunt him in the future— especially with Andersons who never forget an indiscretion of this magnitude. That photo will probably end up on Sam's wedding video. I had a good laugh.
