One year olds

Alex was playing outside and I sprayed the deck off with the hose.  He found the mud puddle and had a blast.  The best part was when Max came running over, picked up Alex, and said, "No, Alex, that's my mud."

A week ago, we took a quick trip to Brigham for some produce.  We stopped at Willard Bay on the way back home and threw rocks into the bay!

Sugar is doing well.  She's a puppy and drives me nuts somedays, but the best part is that I can just zip her in her cage and feel no guilt when she's too wild!  She loved playing with my sunflower, until she broke it.  I gave her a haircut last week and she likes like a different dog.

There is something about one year olds that I just LOVE!  Alex is that perfect age right now that I'm really enjoying him.

He absolutely loves playing with the red car.  He loves to just sit at the steering wheel and get in-and-out.  He's very careful to always shut the door behind him.

He's starting to walk a little bit, but will only take about 1-2 steps before falling down.

And, after what seemed like months of teething, he finally got his top-front tooth!

Great pis, Peanut, Enjoy the last few days of summer. I hope we have a good fall.... maybe Alex can take the "fall" for us.

Missing you and your family like crazy

Looks like Dad missed the c in pics. He should have gone with pix. Fun post. I loved all the pix. Cute kids. Alex looks so cute with his tooth and his muddy self and dirty face. Sugar is a cute dog! Ash and Nick look pretty good too.
