Yesterday was the "Annual Anderson Family Easter Egg Hunt" at Uncle Tyler's house. He has a nice big yard which is perfect for hiding eggs and playing. We spent all day outside...it was a little brisk when the breeze would blow, but wonderful the rest of the time. I'm sad we didn't think about sun screen. Max's face got sunburned and he even has sunburn blisters on his little cheek.

Here's the cousins minus Abbie (Mabel especially missed Abbie) and Aliza whose with her mom or dad at the moment.
Mabel is listening intently to the instructions for the hunt.
Mabel went like a mad-woman. Nick has been hiding Sam's bugs around the house all week trying to get them prepared for the big hunt...the practice paid off for Mabel.
It took Sam a little longer to get into the hunt, but once he got the hang of it, he was a happy fellow.
Max took all the help he could get, but really enjoyed his rewards.
Makenah also enjoyed some extra help.
Max was thrilled about his marhmallow pole!
We all had such a fun time. Thanks again Tyler and Shannon for hosting such a fun party! Next time we'll remember the sunscreen.

It was a great time Ashlee. All the cousins are super cute. So much fun to get together every so often.
It really looks like all the practice has paid off in the Easter egg dept. with the Burst Bunch. Mom and I and Brookie are fighting some kind of stomach flu. Any way it "ain't" fun.
And this too will pass. We are so proud of you and Nick and your little family.
