We went down to the temple tonight to take pictures of the kids in front of it so they could hang it on their wall. This is my favorite time of year at Temple Square with all the flowers in bloom.
We took this picture with our timer. A bit off-center and Alex was wondering why I came and sat down so fast...otherwise not bad!
The kids ran around temple square so much that Max who left with grass stains needed a shoulder ride on the way back.
Mabel had her dance pictures professionally taken yesterday. So I couldn't resist snapping a few while she was all dressed up.
I've been bugging Nick since last fall to cut off this unsightly dead branch from our front tree. His procrastion proved to work itself out again as we found a woodpecker trying to make a nest. Now we can't cut it down until "Woody Woodpecker" moves out.
On Friday, Nick was raking up dead grass and the kids thought it looked like a nest, so they gathered their finest Easter eggs to lay in the nest.
Mabel's maternal instincts even kicked in!

Mabel, your dress is very pretty
Cute pictures of the kids by the temple. My fav. picture is the one where Mabel is sitting on the eggs. That one is awesome! Can't wait to see you guys on Saturday.
I love all the pix on this posting. Alex is really a handsome little man. I love how cute you look, Ash, in the family pic. Everyone looks good. Love the temple pix. Very cute pic of Nick and Alex together. Even Sam is cooperative. Mabes looks like a princess in her dancing dress. Adam is full of personality as always. Thanks for letting us see such cute grandkiddies. Looking forward to seeing ya'll this weekend. Hope the weather will cooperate.
Love, MOM/GRANDMA
Everyone looking good. I am so proud of all of you.
"Papa"
Dad told me I should read the comment I made above...yes, I certainly did have a Sr. moment. "Adam" should have been "Max". My word, I can't believe I did that.....I must have been really, really tired when I wrote that. I DO know my little grand-kiddies and where they belong. Sorry, Max!
