It snowed a little bit yesterday and today and so we took the kids sledding. Mabel was a little scared at first, but it didn't take long before she was a pro. She went all by herself and even went on her tummy. She even pulled the sled back up the hill by herself. Max also enjoyed going down the hill all by himself. Sam on the other hand, refused to wear his gloves and so he and I sat in the truck after two runs....he cried saying his hands were cold until I finally realized that he had to potty, so he got to christen the new snow. A few minutes later, Max joined Sam and I in the truck while Mabel and Dad held out in the cold until they got cold.
Max enjoyed the ride down the hill, but had a hard time making it back up.
Mabel loved it.
Oh, it is so much nicer when kids can do a few things by themselves....like pull a sled up the hill.
